Financial Account Connections

Plaid Integration

We use Plaid, a third-party service, to securely connect to your financial institutions. By linking an account, you:

• Authorize us to access and retrieve account information via Plaid
• Agree to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy and Terms
• Understand that your financial institution's terms also apply
• Acknowledge that account data is read-only; we cannot initiate transactions

Your Responsibilities

When connecting financial accounts, you agree to:

• Required re-authentication with your bank

You acknowledge that Winy Finance is a financial tracking tool, not a substitute for official bank statements or professional financial advice.

This license terminates when you delete your account, except for data we are required to retain by law.

Account Termination

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• Your account has been inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law
• We decide to discontinue the Service

We will provide reasonable notice when possible, but may terminate immediately for serious violations.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except:

• Small claims court disputes (up to jurisdictional limits)
• Intellectual property disputes
• Disputes seeking injunctive relief

Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under applicable arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.

Class Action Waiver
